This is a bundle of dishes intended for a diet - meal and its preparation

Slice or finely chop the tomatoes.

Cook the pasta until al dente.

Slice the leeks and fry them in a pan with tomato paste and a little oil.

Add the pasta and tomato pieces, along with the finely chopped herbs, to the pan.

Crack an egg into a bowl.

Add the flour, baking powder, apple pieces, cinnamon, lemon juice, and milk.

Mix everything well.


Fry in the pan for 2 minutes on each side.
