Wash the zucchini, grate coarsely, place in a sieve and lightly salt.

Wash the carrots and grate them coarsely.

Squeeze the zucchini and carrot grates a little and put them in a bowl. Add the onion and eggs to the grated zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat some olive oil/ghee in the pan.
