Preparation steps

Put coconut oil, coconut milk and erythritol in a pot and heat.


Mix until the erythritol has dissolved.


Now we add the coconut flakes.

Remove the pot from the heat and add the chia seeds.


Let everything cool down.


Shape the cooled mixture into pralines - either by hand or using baking tins.

Put the cream in a saucepan and heat it slightly.


Add the chocolate in portions and let it melt.


The cream and chocolate must not get hot/boil - approx. 30 - 40°C.


Cover the chocolates with the chocolate glaze and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
