Preparation steps

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Remove the garlic from the skin and chop finely.

In a pan, heat the onions with olive oil and sauté them. Then add the mushrooms and fry until they no longer contain any water.

Now add the garlic, spring onions and tomatoes to the pan. Add the tomato paste and season with thyme, paprika powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, deglaze everything with the cream.

Open the mozzarella, drain it and cut it into small pieces. Serve the tomato mushroom pan on the plate and garnish with the mozzarella pieces.
