Stuffed peppers with goat cheese

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

We cut the top off the pepper. We deseed and wash the large part of the pepper and cut the top part into small cubes.


We also chop the garlic into small pieces.


We wash the peppers, deseed them and cut them into small strips.


We fry the pepper pieces, garlic and peppers in a pan.

The rocket and marjoram are washed.


The leaves are plucked from the marjoram.


The goat cheese is cut into small pieces.

Mix the cream, soft goat cheese, rocket, dried tomatoes, marjoram leaves and fried vegetables in a bowl. Add paprika powder and salt to taste.


Fill the peppers with the mixture and sprinkle with Emmental cheese.


Then put it in a dish and bake for 30 minutes.
