Preparation steps

Portion the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Put the egg in a bowl, add some salt and pepper and whisk with a fork.

Put the coconut flakes in a bowl and mix with the Parmesan.

First dip the pollock pieces in egg, then add them to the coconut mixture and bread them. Heat some coconut oil in the pan and fry the breaded pollock pieces in the pan until golden brown.

Wash and deseed the peppers and cut into strips.


Fry the peppers briefly in the pan.

Put the crème fraîche, tomato paste, creamed horseradish, soy sauce, erythritol and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix.

Serve the nuggets with the peppers and the dip.
