Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

Mix the eggs with the cream cheese in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and nutmeg.

Place the spinach on a sieve, let it thaw, squeeze it lightly with your hands and mix it into the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a mold or several small muffin molds.


Make sure that only 2/3 of the mold is filled.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices, place them on the mixture and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
