
Minced steak with rice in mushroom sauce
Preparation steps
Cook rice in salted water according to package instructions.
Slice the onion into rings.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into a patty.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patty for 5-6 minutes.
Fry the onion in the oil until golden brown.
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in oil.
Add 100ml of water.
In a bowl, mix 100ml of water with the type 405 wheat flour and add it to the mushrooms, stirring until a sauce forms.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the rice and steak on the plate and garnish with some parsley.
