Preparation steps

Rinse the meat under cold water.

Season the meat as desired - with paprika powder, salt and pepper and set aside.

Preheat oven to 160 °C or 180 °C fan.

Cut the onion in half and cut into slices.

Cut the garlic into thin strips.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat some olive oil in the pan and fry the chicken thighs in it (approx. 3-5 minutes on each side).

Remove from the pan and place in a dish (roasting pan, casserole dish).

Now fry the onion and mushrooms in the same pan.

Finally, add the garlic and fry briefly.

Add the vegetables from the pan to the chicken, add the tomatoes and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
