Preparation steps

Rinse chicken breast under cold water and cut into slices.

Slice the carrots.

Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion.

Cook cauliflower in water until al dente.

Heat some olive oil in the pan and fry the chicken breast until golden brown.

Add the carrots to the same pan and after a while the onion.

Then add the coconut milk with the curry powder and paprika powder.

Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Remove the cauliflower from the water and add it to the pan.

Mix lightly with the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
