Preparation steps

Wash the ginger and cut into small cubes. If you don't like ginger, you can leave it out.

Rinse the meat under cold water.

Drain the mung beans through a sieve.

Drain the bamboo shoots through a sieve.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the meat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan.


In the same pan, we now briefly fry the peppers, ginger and tomato paste.

Now we add the Worcestershire sauce, the soy sauce, the mung beans and the bamboo shoots to the vegetables.

Place the meat in the pan and fry everything briefly so that everything heats up well.
