Low Carb Sunflower, flaxseed, sesame bread

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat (fan oven: 180 degrees). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Peel the carrot and grate it finely.

Mix the linseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, amaranth and salt in a bowl. Add the egg white, curd and grated carrots and mix well. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Form the dough into a 20-25 cm long oval and place it on the baking tray.

Slice the surface two to three times and bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. The bread makes about 10 slices.
