Season the meat with salt and pepper.

(If you don't like tomatoes, leave out the tomato part below or use mushrooms instead of tomatoes)


Cut the tomatoes in half or in quarters.

Add to the pan with the meat and fry briefly together with the meat.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the pan with the meat, add the mozzarella and mix everything well.
