Preparation steps

Rinse the millet groats with boiling water in a sieve (to remove the bitterness). Boil in a 1:2 ratio, i.e. twice as much water as millet. Pour boiling water over the dates, remove from the water after 15 minutes.

Cut the pear into cubes.

Place the milk, 100 ml of water and all the remaining ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.
