Preparation steps

Place the spinach on a sieve, let it thaw, squeeze it a little with your hand, put it in a bowl and season with cream cheese, paprika powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse the chicken breast and cut a pocket into each breast, fill with the spinach mixture and wrap with kitchen string.

Put a little butter/ghee/olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the breast on both sides.


Put the washed cherry tomatoes in the pan, fry briefly, put the lid on the pan and cook/simmer for 30 minutes over a low heat.


Finally, season the breast and tomatoes with paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste.
