Preparation steps
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for two hours. After that time, the bread dough will not have risen much, but that's how it should be.
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom.
Grease the inside of a small dish with a little olive oil.
A glass dish without a lid, a pot or clay bread baking dish, or a regular cake tin can be used for baking.
Transfer the bread dough to the baking tin.
Wait another 20-30 minutes for it to rise slightly again.
Before baking, grease the top of the bread with a little olive oil.
After this time, open the oven door slightly, wait 10 minutes and take out the bread, place it on a rack and wait for it to cool.
