Preparation steps

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in one bowl.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites in a glass bowl until stiff. 3 minutes with a mixer will be enough.

Add the yolks and melted butter (warm, but not hot) to the bowl with flour. If you can't eat lactose, use coconut oil. Mix everything together, e.g. with a mixer at low speed.

Finally, gently mix in the beaten egg whites. Transfer the batter to a baking tin that doesn't need to be greased.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
