Raspberry and banana omelette

Raspberry and banana omelette
  • 2 x Piece ( 102 g )
  • 3 x Tablespoon ( 30 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 120 g )
  • 1 x Handfull ( 70 g )
  • 2 x Tablespoon ( 50 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 10 g )

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

1.

Transfer the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork or use a mixer.

Crack the eggs into the bowl with the banana and add the flour. Mix everything well.

Heat a pan.

Add a little oil.

Fry the omelette on both sides until golden brown.

3.

Mix raspberries with yogurt and spread over omelette. If using frozen raspberries, to thaw them, transfer them to a pan and add a teaspoon of sugar.
