1.
Slice the zucchini. Quarter the tomato. Tear the lamb's lettuce into pieces. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion into small cubes. Sprinkle the turkey breast with paprika, season with salt, and fry in oil on both sides for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into strips. Briefly fry the zucchini, mushrooms, and onion in the pan. Place the lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl. Add the vegetables from the pan, mix, and then add the meat.

Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces. Place the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the orange pieces, vanilla pulp, and lemon juice. |
