Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.

Finely chop the onion.

Sauté everything in a pan with a little oil.


Finely chop the herbs and mix with a little water. Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and the eggs. Mix everything well in a bowl.

Pour into the pan.

Cut the pear into small pieces and blend them with lemon juice, a little water and cottage cheese, season with vanilla and cinnamon.
