1. Baked yeast rolls with raspberry jam and wheat flour

Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for an hour. 3. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface, shape into a log and cut into equal pieces. 4. Form a flat roll from each piece, place a spoonful of jam in the middle, and shape the dough into a ball. 5. Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, let them rise for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven. 6. Brush the rolls with beaten egg (optional). Bake until golden brown at 180°C (about 15 minutes). 7. Sprinkle the finished rolls with powdered sugar.

2. Yeast dough with white chocolate and berries

Ingredients: 60 g of delicate rolled oats, 100 g of bananas, 50 g of eggs, 3 g of baking powder, 25 g of white chocolate, 50 g of frozen raspberries. Preparation: 1. Place the rolled oats, bananas, and eggs in a blender, add the baking powder, and mix thoroughly. 2. Carefully chop the white chocolate and mix it into the dough, then add the raspberries and gently mix again. 3. Pour the dough into the muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes.

3. Almond-coconut rounds

Components: 150 grams of canned almond flour, 20 grams of almond butter, 10 grams of coconut oil, 25 grams of vanilla protein combination, 30 grams of coconut, 10 grams of erythritol, a few whole almonds. Preparation: 1. Combine all ingredients except coconut and almonds together. 2. Then add coconut and mix. Form small balls from this mixture. If the mixture is too liquid, add more coconut. 3. Place an almond in each ball and roll in coconut. 4. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve chilled.
