1. Components employed in the preparation of the dish:

The ingredients that went into the dish were as follows: 100 g of eggs, 100 g of rye bread, 50 g of smoked salmon, 60 g of fresh spinach leaves, 200 g of tomatoes, 20 g of red onions.

2. Way of preparation

1. Prepare the oven to 180°C. 2. Cut off the top portions of the bread and remove the center. Slice the spinach, sauté it in a pan with a small amount of water until it achieves a soft consistency. Cool it down and squeeze out the excess liquid. Place the chopped salmon and remaining ingredients in the center of the bread. 3. Insert an egg into the bread, sprinkle with your preferred spices (e.g. salt, sweet pepper, pepper). Distribute it on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. 4. Wash and dice the tomato, chop the onion. Mix and season to taste. 5. Serve the baked bread with salad.
