1. The components of the dish

The ingredients required for this dish are: 1 large cucumber, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/2 small onion, 1 glass of natural yogurt with 0% fat, 200 grams of lean dairy product, a handful of kidney nuts, a handful of sunflower seeds, spices: Himalayan salt, black pepper, oregano. The cucumber should be cut in half lengthwise, and the inside scooped out. The cucumber, bell pepper, and onion are cut into cubes. The dairy product and yogurt are mixed together and the spices are added. Meanwhile, the grill pan/oven should be heated, and the cucumber should be placed in it for about 10-15 minutes (the time can vary depending on the desired softness of the vegetable). In a separate pan without oil, the sunflower seeds and nuts are fried until they turn a golden color. The ingredients are placed on the cucumber in the following order: dairy product, vegetables, and seeds.
