1. The composite constituents

– 1 portion of fillet from Atlantic cod of the lower region (approximately 100 g),

2. Preparation of the dish

Required ingredients: 1 small, natural, fat-free yogurt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 50 ml of lemon juice/orange juice, spices: Himalayan salt, herbal pepper, ginger. We prepare the oven by setting it to 200°C. We mix the yogurt with oil, spices and fruit juice. We lay aluminum foil on a baking sheet, on which we place the fish and then cover it with the appropriate amount of sauce. We wrap the fish tightly in the foil.

3. Nutritional content

We cook it for 12 minutes under cover, and then for 3 minutes without cover. We serve it on a plate with selected additives. Protein: 27.2 g Carbohydrates: 10.7 g Fats: 12.4 g Total energy content: 264 kcal.
