Required ingredients: 1 small natural fat-free yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 50 ml of lemon juice/orange juice, spices: Himalayan salt, herbal pepper, muscat flour. We set the oven to 200°C. We mix the yogurt with oil, spices and fruit juice. We lay aluminum foil on a baking sheet, on which we place the fish and then apply the appropriate amount of sauce.
