Required ingredients: 1 small natural fat-free yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 50 ml of lemon juice/orange juice, spices: Himalayan salt, herbal pepper, muscat flour. We set the oven to 200°C. We mix the yogurt with oil, spices and fruit juice. We lay aluminum foil on a baking sheet, on which we place the fish and then apply the appropriate amount of sauce. We wrap the fish tightly in the foil.

3. Nutritional values

We prepare it for 12 minutes under cover, and then for 3 minutes without cover. We serve it on a plate with selected additives. Protein: 27.2 g Carbohydrates: 10.7 g Fats: 12.4 g Total energy content: 264 kcal.
