You didn't know those acids!

Acidic chemicals are usually not associated with anything beneficial to our bodies, but the acids presented in this article are an exception, and we hope you'll agree.

Table of Contents

1. Extracts from rosemary

The plant in question is medicinal rosemary, a variety belonging to the family of leguminous vegetables and found wild in the Mediterranean region. In addition to this, this substance is found in flavouring oils, medicinal melisias, hyaluronic acid or maceran oils. The preparation itself has mainly antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also considered an anti-allergic and antifungal preparation. Due to its better absorption through the acid, it is very commonly found in the oil sector.

2. Other, of a thickness of not more than 10 mm

Also known as CLA or linolenic acid is one of the unsaturated fatty acids. Its natural source is milk fats and red meat. It is very often found in synthetic form, e.g. as an ingredient in cholesterol medicines.

3. This is it

It is an abbreviation for taurodeoxycholic acid, which is a naturally occurring compound in our body. It is a water-soluble bile acid that regulates liver function. In addition to its protective function, it is responsible for reducing the recovery time of this organ during periods of dysfunction. It also restricts the production of cholesterol by this organ and reduces its absorption in the intestines. TUDCA also improves the function of β cells in people with type 1 diabetes.

4. Hydrochloric acid

Urson, prunol or malol are other names for this phytochemical acid. It occurs in plants of the bivalent class, examples of which may be eucalyptus, fungus, magnolia or cartilage. However, it is assumed that its greatest amount is found in the skin of apples. The pharmacological properties of ursolic acid are very diverse. Specifically, it has antiseptic, analgesic, modulatory (blood and immune system functioning) and anti-muscle properties. The preparation has also been studied from a clinical point of view and has anti-tumor characteristics (tumor cell growth). Although it does not increase the thermal properties, it also increases the body mass, and it reduces the value of protein (muscle and muscle mass) to 6 mg/kg, but also reduces its metabolic characteristics from 1 mg/m2 to 6 kg/m2.
