The human foot has a very large number of nerve endings that transmit stimuli from the outside world to the brain. It is possible to improve the function of the foot, strengthen the muscles, increase strength and mobility, which directly improves posture and reduces the risk of injury/injury. One should gradually implement individual foot-free exercises so that the movement system can adapt appropriately. However, if the bone system is loaded, with further muscle training, the bones can be trained. For both people who do not envision exercise on the bare foot, it is good to use the use of bare foot shoes, which can also be loaded without the ability to adapt to any physical exercise.
