Which traditional Christmas dishes are the most valuable

Christmas is rich in traditions, from putting on a tree and sharing a dowry, to singing carols, giving gifts, to preparing 12 Christmas dishes. Christmas custom dictates that every dish is tasted, to guarantee happiness in the coming year. When the first star appears in the sky, you can sit down at a table and enjoy the tasting of prepared treats, but are they all good for your health?

1. Box composition, nutritional value and properties

The traditional Christmas dessert is usually prepared by the people of eastern Poland. It consists of the sweetest grains of the Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Belarusian and Polish cuisines. Some varieties also include milk, sausage, and other ingredients. It can be prepared with calcium as a vegetable, but it can be made in a variety of dishes, such as pasta, pasta and pasta. It is available in a range of sizes from 250 to 250 grams of pasta, which can be cooked in a medium to medium size, and can be used in a few dishes.

Red beans are an integral part of Christmas celebrations. Some make them from cooked beans, others from sour beans. Beans contain dietary fiber, which has a beneficial effect on the peristalsis of the intestines. They contain betanin, which is a powerful antioxidant, protects the body from infections and improves the functioning of the liver (V. Krajka-Kuźniak 2007), which during Christmas can be supplemented with more food, especially fat.

Cabbage is served during Christmas in a variety of forms: biscuits, pastries, pears, peas, croquettes, along with peas or as a component of doves. Freshly cooked cabbage is used in some dishes and soured in others. Like other cruciferous vegetables, it contains glucosinols, or compounds that exhibit anti-cancer effects (D. Moreno et al., 2006). It also contains flavonoids responsible for bacterial and fungal activity.
