1. How the ranking came about

Evaluations were made in several categories: ease of observation, effectiveness in short- and long-term weight loss, nutritional completeness (or the diet provides all the necessary nutrients in an adequate amount), safety and potential for the prevention and treatment of heart disease and diabetes. Based on the scores, the rankings were made. Nutritional Completeness and Safety were taken into account during its creation, with the safety points multiplied.
