1. Are protein sticks a good choice?

As the name suggests, protein bars should therefore be composed largely of protein, i.e. protein, soybean or peanut butter. However, the remaining portion is made up of fats which, depending on the product, may only be called protein, but the protein content is actually small. It is therefore most often used as its source: whey protein isolates, whey-protein hydrolysates, corn protein concentrates, casein or chicken egg protein, soya or beans. The remainder, however, contains fats, which may also account for about 20% of the energy content of the product.
