1. Protein foods

We can divide into three main groups: plant proteins (soy, wheat, rice, corn, oats), wheat (concentrates, isolates and hydrolysates) and non-milk animals (egg albumin, concentrates, hydrolysis and poultry isolates, hydrolizates and isolates of beef origin). We already know how protein nutrients are divided, so let's answer the question why this division and why so many types of proteins are offered to us by manufacturers?

2. It's a protein

Protein is unequal, so it's important to know not only how protein is broken down, but also what the real value of protein is. However, vegetable proteins, as I mentioned earlier, have little to do with beef. Unfortunately, this type of protein doesn't have much in common with meat.
