Unfortunately, early vegetables can also contain harmful substances, which is why you should look at this issue. They bite in appearance, color, smell. The body after winter is hungry for freshness and a high dose of vitamins. Fresh vegetables are one of the basic elements of the diet, and they provide valuable ingredients, as well as extremely important dietary fiber. With the arrival of spring in stores and grocery stores, young vegetables appear.

Greenhouse vegetables are less exposed to external factors such as frostbite, as well as to the destruction by pests. They are characterized by better taste values. Consequently, vegetables grown in the field are usually salty, more pronounced and juicy. The availability of Polish fresh vegetables already in March is due to greenhouse cultivation.

The excess nitrogen compounds in the body can cause poisoning and in the long run increase the risk of developing cancers. Newborns accumulating the most nitrogen are salads, radishes, spinach and spines. However, it should be emphasized that children are more susceptible to chemical pollutants, and therefore their bodies are more vulnerable to harmful effects. The best way to do this is to accelerate the selection of these nutrients from pregnant women and to increase their risk of cancer.

4. Storage and preparation for consumption

It is also worth paying attention to the time of consumption from the moment of purchase. Vitamin C is particularly sensitive. Its content in crushed vegetables can be reduced by up to 50% as soon as 2 hours after hatching. It is necessary to wash vegetables thoroughly before eating in order to remove contaminants, as well as to get rid of any parasitic eggs. This can reduce the nitrogen content by 20%.
