What Tabata is and what it does for you

What is Tabata, what are the benefits of doing it regularly, and what can be done to get the best results? It's a short but very intense workout enjoyed especially by people who can't afford to do long cardio sessions every day. Tabata is a type of workout that has recently gained immense popularity among people who care about health and fitness.

Table of Contents

1. The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Planning, Conservation and Law-enforcement

Where did the idea come from? This training protocol was originally designed for the fast skaters that Dr. Tabata worked with, but over time it gained popularity among amateur athletes as well. The entire cycle should be repeated for 4 minutes.

2. How often do you perform tobacco?

As the level of progress increases, more units can be added. Two to three tobacco workouts a week seems a reasonable number. It is impossible to achieve both intense and effective tobacco after heavy weight training. Tabata has gained popularity due to its high efficiency, especially among people who want to reduce fat. It's also worth planning the workout so that tobacco is practiced on days off from strength training. If someone is able to perform both weight training and tobacco in one workout, it means that they have given up everything and the work has not been effective.

3. What exercises to choose

However, less advanced people should focus on weight-free exercise to gradually prepare the body for a new type of exercise. It is therefore not appropriate to include in the tobacco plan exercises the technique of which is not familiar to the practitioner. Tobacco can be performed almost anywhere, both in the gym (using extra weight) and at home or in the park (only with one's own body weight). It should also be remembered that the technique is extremely important, especially in high-intensity training.

4. Examples of exercises

A proper warm-up should be carried out before training to prepare the movement system for intensive work.

5. An example of a set of exercises with one's own body weight

Round one: 20 seconds boxer running 10 seconds rest 20 seconds boxing run 10 seconds rest Round two: 20 second jump jumps

6. An example set of exercises with an extra load

Round one: 20 seconds kettlebell swing 10 seconds of rest 20 seconds of kettlebill swing ?? 10 second of rest Round two: 20 second of the dead line with the hounds

7. Effects of regular tobacco use

It takes only 4 minutes to complete the entire training protocol. During training, the body consumes more oxygen. It then increases oxygen-like metabolism, which is associated with the use of stored fat as an energy source. This type of fat burning takes up to several hours after the training is completed, while resting. It also has a positive effect on the adaptation of the nervous system to very intense exercises. Tabata is a very good tool in the context of burning any fat tissue.

8. It is contraindicated

Tabata is a great exercise for improving fitness and reducing body fat, but it's not for everyone. Obese or overweight, beginners or newcomers to regular exercise, with constipation/lung cancer or other serious illnesses that are an absolute contraindication to doing this type of intense physical activity, cardiovascular and heart problems, significant blood pressure fluctuations.
