What snacks should you avoid?

Often, at work, at home, at parties, we're tempted to eat snacks -- small amounts of them aren't harmful to us, but it's often hard to keep them in moderation because their taste is addictive -- most of the time, they're just people on the diet, because they treat them as rejection -- our brains don't like to be controlled, and any restrictive diet ends up falling from the extreme to the extremes -- from healthy lifestyles to large amounts of unhealthy snacks containing sugar, salt, and white flour.

A lot of research is focused on determining its effect on humans. It's definitely found to increase appetite. Overweight and obesity are more than three times as common in people who consume it.

5. Sodium benzoates

Added to beverages, cheeses, canned meat and fish, and most supplements, it's a stomach irritant, it can increase the formation of ulcers, and when combined with vitamin C, it is carcinogenic, and research suggests that it can damage cells and contribute to liver failure, Parkinson's disease, and ADHD in children.
