What's keeping us from training?

I'm going to try to explain to you what this can be about, and sometimes when we come to a workout, we feel like we don't have the strength or the will to exercise, or we feel that our bodies are heavy and slow, and in any sport, something can happen that will cause our productivity in our workouts to decrease or we'll feel some discomfort.

Table of Contents

1. We don't like to be disappointed

What am I doing here? This kind of breakdown is especially true for beginners. It's usually after the first workout, and it's like DOMS, and there's a lot of acidity, and no one likes it when something doesn't work out or when they're feeling insecure.

2. Or is it time to rest?

Remember, our body is not a machine. That's why we need to regenerate properly after an intense and hard workout. It gets to its worst and we feel worse every day, we get into a state that's commonly called exercise. I know from my own experience that you can exercise for a whole week, but after a while, your body will say enough! So work with your body and give it time to recover. Seven to eight hours of sleep will keep you alive and full of energy the next workout, and you also need to remember stretching after training and stretching during the restless days.

3. You're not a garbage man!

And we feel it even more when we're on a low-calorie diet, and that's why I say so often that our stomach isn't garbage, and we don't have to worry about what's going to fall on us. Most of the time, after eating more fat the next day, I feel terrible. And when I eat more carbohydrates, I react very positively.
