1. Juice, reconstituted juice, nectar differences

Fruit juice is a product derived from the edible part of a healthy, ripe, fresh or chilled fruit. It is obtained by adding concentrated juice, fruit juices, juice extracted from concentrated water with or without added sugars or honey. According to the law of the European Parliament, juice and nectars may not be added to preservatives or additives to edible products. However, since only 10% of the western population consumes the recommended amount of fruit and fiber per day consumed by children aged 48 years, according to an article published in the journal Nutrients. The study by Berdining K. I. showed that the higher portion of fresh fruit consumed per day by whole fruits and fruit fibers was associated with a higher proportion of the recommended quantity of fruits and fibers. The mature fruit is a source of dissolvable and insoluble fiber (as opposed to juices). The study also showed that increased portions of fresh fruits and fruits consumed on a daily basis by children as young as 4 8 years old were associated with better microbial composition, i.e. the increased proportion of bacteria from the species Bacteroides and Bacterioides are associated with increased levels of toxicity.

3. The benefits of drinking juices

Fruit juices are a good (though not the best) source of vitamins and certain ingredients. This is especially important when feeding children.
