What's a labneh?

Food from the Middle East can be tried while travelling abroad or in some restaurants in Poland that specialize in this type of cuisine. For example not everyone knows what a labneh is. Middle Eastern cuisine is rich in flavors, aromas and colors. Sometimes the name itself does not tell us much about the gift or product. Some people can make it at home, but do not associate it with its original name.

1. Labneh properties

It has a creamy-white colour, a soft and oily texture and a slightly acidic flavour. Protein yogurt is a fermented dairy product containing more live cultures than yogurt. It is an essential nutrient for the proper functioning of the body. It participates in the body's immune processes, cell and tissue repair. Labneh has a lower glycemic index than regular yogurt due to its other protein-to-carbohydrate ratio. Labmeh yogurt (a fermented milk product with a higher acidity of live bacteria than yoghurt). It also contains an anti-iodine-rich nutrient than dietary acid yogurt, which contains nutrient-rich phosphoric acid, which is produced by the lab itself.

Ingredients: Greek yogurt (preferably a large pack of 400 g), half a teaspoon of salt.
