What kind of an endomorphic somatotypus do you have?

I'm going to try to explain this division in the following article, and everyone has probably encountered a general division into three somatotypes -- ectomorphic, mesomorphich, and endomorphiz-- people like to admit that they're definitely a type, and then look for excuses that I can't attach to it because I am an ectomorphic!

Table of Contents

1. Don't put a somethin' on the force

This is why it is so popular among practitioners that you can call it a system of built-in excuses. Somatotypes were classified by Dr. William Sheldon around the late 1940s. He used them to determine personality traits because he was a psychologist. It had nothing to do with determining the fitness of a given somatypes, but it did cause differences in bodybuilding of individual people. However, if you do, you can also call it an in-built system of simple dresses.

2. In addition to the above, it is possible to calculate the value of the product in accordance with point (a) of paragraph 1 of this annex

They have powerful joints and are easy to build muscle mass. The biggest drawback of endomorphs is that they are very easy to absorb fat, so their diet must be very carefully followed. Endomorphics are people who are usually large.

3. The following information is provided by the Commission to the European Parliament and to the Council

The disadvantage is that they acquire fat more easily than ectomorphs, so their diet must be more rigorous. Typical characteristics are: athletic figure, naturally higher muscle mass level, strength, ease of building muscle mass. Their bodies are perfectly suited for bodybuilding.

4. Common features

There are many people in the world who are made to be bodybuilders, and they usually have a typical mesomorphic figure. But what category do we put Usain Bolt into? The absolute record in a 100-meter sprint? For example, both of them can take up muscle tissue in the least optimum areas of the body with a 3000 kcal diet. Then it's very difficult to assign a person to a given somatotype.
