What do you do when your shoulders don't grow?

Unfortunately, this muscle group just doesn't want to grow, and this is a fairly common problem, and the shoulders are of particular importance to every athlete, and that's because people who exercise often make a lot of mistakes when they train that part of their body, and they're responsible for, among other things, shaping the male figure.

1. The shoulders don't grow. Bad exercise choices

Physical exercises trigger a number of processes in the body that result in muscle growth. As we know, muscle mass can be trained with stretching and stretching, but the first is due to the high strain used in multistage exercise, and the second mechanism is mainly the result of isolation exercising and prolonged time under stress. It is testosterone, growth hormone, insulin, IGF-1 and other hormones that cause muscle to grow. In spite of the fact that one of the two muscles is already expanding, one has to reduce muscle growth and muscle tension, and one must evaluate the muscle density of the other muscles, in order to determine how to improve muscle strength.
