To take care of them, it is worth going for a Christmas walk and leaving the table for at least a dozen minutes. It improves circulation, including in the digestive tract, and the peristalsis of the intestines. The feeling of overeating is associated with, among other things, a full day of sitting at the table. Their proper functioning affects well-being.

2. It's herbal tea

In turn, Italian copper tea stimulates the digestive system and promotes the secretion of bile. It also helps to relieve the symptoms of reflux. It is also a way to improve digestion, but it should be used with caution as it interacts with certain medicines, including those used to treat depression. It contains, among other things, dried herbs that support intestinal peristalsis. In addition, it has a calming effect, relieving the pain associated with indigestion and bloating.

3. A drink with apple cider vinegar added

The prepared beverage should be mixed and then drunk slowly. It should not be used in excessive quantities because instead of improving the condition of the stomach, it may further irritate it. A tablespoon of honey should be dissolved in a glass of warm water and a spoon of apple cider vinegar added. The oil can also be used as an additive to salads or marinades.

4. Spices to aid digestion

Supports digestion and should be added to prepared meals, such as marinated meat or added to salads.

5. It's a stick

Added to tea to increase the secretion of jaundice and to suppress the action of the digestive tract.

Pepper also stimulates the digestive system, but too much of it can irritate the stomach, so it should be used in moderation. In addition, it is recommended to use other spices that facilitate digestion of food and speed up the metabolism of garlic, parsley, basil, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom or muscat flour. Added to tea or a dry holiday compost will also improve digestion and prevent nausea.

7. Activated carbon is a food poisoning agent

It is recommended to eat slowly and chew each bite well. Do not overeat during the holidays, as well as other family, business or holiday occasions. Activated charcoal is a drug associated primarily with poisoning, but it also helps with digestive tract disorders. It is also important to pay attention to the pace of eating. However, it is also recommended to remember to eat the last meal 23 hours before going to bed. If you eat a little more than you used to, you should use the above advice.
