Vegetarian diet, what to eat, recipes

People who are interested in healthy eating often choose vegetarianism as a healthy lifestyle. What exactly does it mean? Is it safe? Vegetarianism is a way of eating that has been known for many years, both in India and in the countries of the Middle East where it originated. Is it right? What are its types?

1. Vegetarian diet characteristics and types

There are many varieties of vegetarianism. The vegetarian group also includes the macrobiotic diet, the vegetarian diet and the vegan diet. Each of the diets mentioned above has a different nutritional scheme. In this article, when I talk about vegetarian diets, I will refer to the lacto-vegetarian diet.

2. Vegetarian diet What to eat?

Fruits, on the other hand, as in the case of the classical model of nutrition, are recommended to be consumed in slightly smaller amounts than vegetables. In the diet of people excluding meat and fish, the main source of protein is whey and peanut seeds. Last on the list of essential products in the vegetarian diet are nuts, seeds and fats. For each vegetarian, a slightly lower amount of salt is also recommended, but more precisely in the next part of the article.

3. The vegetarian diet is weight loss

The reports indicate that vegetarian dieters have a lower body mass index and are leaner. In addition, vegetarians consume significantly more vegetables and fruits and rely on whole grain cereals, thus providing much more fiber than those who follow the classic dietary model. However, it should be remembered that vegan foods can also be very calorific.

4. The vegetarian diet is safe

In addition, the problem of deficiencies disappears with the repeatedly mentioned proper balancing of the diet. The American Dietetic Association maintains that properly planned vegetarian diets, including strictly vegetarian, or vegan, diets are healthy, meet nutritional needs, and can provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. The only thing that may cause acidosis to occur is a shortage. However, in this case, pregnant women should not worry and remember that insufficient intake of vegetables and omega-3 fatty acids actually applies to all people who need a dietary supplement, including those who are well trained, and who have a healthy lifestyle.

5. It's bottles of side dishes

Ingredients: side dishes (500 g), onions 1 piece (50 g), carrots 2 pieces (about 100 g), parsley two pieces (around 100 g) celery 1⁄2 piece (abouts 100g), tomato paste 2, cups (400 g), oil, 2 tablespoons (20 g), laurel leaves 3 pieces, English green and blueberry 5 grains, cereals 4 teaspoons, chili peppers 1, chili pepper, salted pepper 2, salted or salted beans, 1 teapot of olive oil, 2 teaspores of raisins, rice sauce, two teasper sauces, rice and rice sauces.

6. It's a way of preparing

Add tomato paste and salt, soak it for 5 minutes. If necessary, cook it. Cut into strips, fry the sidecakes in oil with sweetly fried pepper, chili, parsley, herbal peppers, lobster, pepper seeds, ginger, laurel leaves, English herbs and musk potatoes for about 3 minutes. Finally, squeeze the vegetable broth and soy sauce for about 10 minutes. Serve with onion.

It's different with the vegetarian model, so if you're thinking about switching to a vegetarian diet, you can do it without worry. There are many alternative diets that can be successfully used both to change your eating habits to a healthier one, and to prevent civilized and dietary diseases like diabetes, obesity, thrombosis, or high blood pressure. But remember that it's always worth seeking the help of a dietitian who will initially help you balance your diet and prevent deficiencies.
