In this case, the natural reaction of the body will be to increase thirst and a substantial reduction in energy expenditure, in order to achieve a decrease in the quantity of water consumed in the same way as in the case of fast food and fast food.

It is caused by eating and drinking during the day and lack of bowel contents. However, it is important to stress that the body sometimes needs up to 60 hours to lose weight, so when you eat more often, your body muscles are less productive.

6. Summary

Weight fluctuations are a natural and widespread phenomenon that usually shows no signs of abnormalities. Balanced nutrition, adequate water intake during the day, reduced alcohol intake, sufficient sleep or ability to cope with stress are factors that will certainly reduce fluctuation. However, it is important to emphasize that it is impossible to eliminate them completely and there is no need to worry too much about them.
