The cassa manna is produced when wheat is ground into flour, it is white and very small. In addition to the usual cassa manna, there is also a fast-cooked cassava manna, which is shorter. In stores, you can also find raspberry manna, containing more fiber and mineral ingredients. The commonly used cassavan manna contains no fiber, is lightly digestible, so it can be consumed by people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders or after surgery.

3. Cornmeal

It is obtained from shaved and broken corn kernels. It is yellow in color and is fine. In various regions of the world it is used to prepare traditional dishes. In Poland it is mainly used to make cloves for babies and people with celiac disease, as it contains no gluten. Thus it is the first gluten-free spoon to be introduced into a baby's diet after 4 months of life.

4. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a good source of beta glucans, a soluble fraction of fiber. Beta-glucans provide a feeling of satiety after a meal, have a protective effect on the digestive tract, help to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood. They are also a nutrient for the beneficial microflora of the dietary tract.
