Tuna characteristics and rules

Tuna is a fish that is often eaten at Polish tables. On its basis, many delicious dishes can be prepared, and especially popular salads are enjoyed. Tuna is worth including in the menu not only because of its taste, but also its nutritional value.

1. Why is it worth eating tuna?

The tuna belongs to the mackerel family of predatory fish. It is rich in many vitamins and minerals, but also in protein and, most importantly, healthy fats. The tuna lives thousands of kilometers a year and migrates over very long distances. It has a high nutritional value for the fish.

2. The rules for using tuna

If you want to buy fresh tuna, you may have a problem.. it's worth looking for in big markets or fish shops.. but in most shops tuna is available in cans.. it comes in a few variations, such as oil, own sauce or tomatoes.. below are some suggestions for using tuna.

3. It's a tuna pie with a mustache

Preparation time: 15 minutes Ingredients (per 1 serving): tuna in your own sauce can (120 g), hard-boiled cheese 4 patches (80 g), natural yogurt 2 teaspoons (50 g), onion plaster (20 g), pot two teasps (12 g), salt spikes (0.2 g), pepper peels (0.2g).

4. Tortilla with tuna and vegetables

Time of preparation: 15 minutes Ingredients (per 1 serving): tortilla piece (60 g), tuna in its own sauce 1⁄2 can (60 g) salad 3 leaves (15 g), corn three teaspoons (45 g), red pepper 2 patches (60 g); onion plaster (20 g), natural yogurt two teaspores (50 g), salt spices (0.2 g), pepper 0.2 g).

5. Tomato pasta with tuna

Time of preparation: 35 minutes Ingredients (per 1 serving): tuna in its own sauce 1⁄2 can (60 g), whole grain pasta glass (70 g) tomatoes in a can 1 1⁄2 pieces (120 g); olives tablespoon (15 g), onion plaster (20 g), garlic teeth (5 g), olive oil teaspoon (10 g), rucola salt (20 g) thickness spices (0.2 g), pepper peppers tops (0.2g), sweet pepper added spoon (2 g).

6. It's a colorful salad with egg and tuna

Preparation time: 20 minutes Ingredients (per 1 serving): tuna in olive oil 1⁄2 can (60 g), rucola 2 handfuls (40 g) cocktail tomatoes a handful (100 g),?? egg two handful (100 g), olives tablespoon (15 g), onion plaster (20 g), olive oil ( teaspoon (10 g), lemon juice ( 1⁄2 spoon (6 g), salt spices (0, 2 g), pepper springs (0, 2g).
