Regardless of the length of the trip, proper route planning will ensure comfort and safety.

Appropriately adapted footwear, trekking sticks and clothing for comfort in various weather conditions will contribute to safety and comfort.

Safety on the trails and in the mountains is a priority.Knowledge and common sense will allow you to achieve your goal in a planned way.Mountain safety can ensure that you install a special app on your phone that will enable you to call for help. This will allow for you to respond in case of cutting, twisting or fainting. Such a person will be able to call in for help in the event of a prolonged absence. And most importantly common sense.However, hiking, trekking and climbing are associated with contact with nature and enjoyable leisure time.When choosing a route, it is also important to consider developing an alternative aid that can also return from this place in a safe manner, e.g. in the absence of an attempt to contact abnormal organisms in order to avoid harmful weather conditions.
