Treatment with TECAR effect, effects, use

How does TECAR therapy work? Innovative technological solutions, such as devices for therapy, provide great support for patients and physical therapists. In what cases can it be used and are there any contraindications to its use? It is an innovative method that uses the health-promoting properties of radio waves and electric current.

Table of Contents

1. TECAR therapy is what it is

For this reason, TECAR is often referred to as radio frequency or long-range diothermia, which allows for two modes of energy flow that affect different types of tissue. It is based on the combination of 300×1200 kHz radio waves and alternating current. Therapy uses specially designed devices with an active and passive electrode.

2. How TECAR therapy works

A characteristic feature of TECAR therapy is that the generated AC waves are not felt by the patient during the procedure. The effect of the method on the tissue metabolism level triggers various therapeutic effects, so that this form of physical therapy has multi-dimensional applications. The mode of operation of the apparatus is important because it determines where the energy generated will be transported: in the case of capacitance mode, the device acts on surface tissues that are characterized by high water content, including muscle, skin, blood and lymphatic tissue, organ organs and organelles; if TEC is used to generate electrical waves, it is often used to transport energy in tissue which is highly elevated by means of electrical therapies.

3. Treatment with TECAR is effective

Radiofrequency treatments provide comprehensive support for the body, with four main therapeutic effects in practice.

4. In addition to this, it is possible to calculate the amount of energy used in the production of biofuels and other fuels

It is the result of improved cell membrane permeability, which in turn improves the transfer of nutrients to the body. TECAR also contributes to increased blood flow through vessels and the removal of unnecessary metabolic products to increase the effectiveness of potency regeneration.

5. Anti-inflammatory and inflammatory conditions

In addition, TECAR enhances the flow of lymph, which counteracts clots, thereby reducing inflammatory and swelling changes. An increase in the permeability of deep and superficial structures stimulates the transport of oxygen to the tissues undergoing surgery.

6. Reducing pain

It's not just the effect of improved circulation that minimizes inflammatory and swelling reactions, but the heat generated inside helps reduce pain caused by various factors, such as mechanical trauma, neurological problems, and metabolic disorders.

7. It regulates muscle tension

The thermal action has detonating properties, which causes excessive stress to loosen the structures.

8. Translations English: translations

The versatility of long-term diarrhea makes it useful for many health problems.

9. Competitions for athletes and practitioners

Participants were divided into two groups, one of which included regular radio frequency treatments (Davari et al. 2021). It is worth noting that a study of 23 athletes was conducted after their joints were twisted. After 6 and 12 treatments, many positive effects were obtained, including pain reduction, increased performance during daily activities, and reduced swelling (A. First of all, TECAR therapy was developed for athletes and trainers because regular exercise increases the risk of injury.

10. Chronic movement problems

Although pain was reduced in both cases, the reduction in pain was greater in patients receiving TECAR therapy (L. TCEAR therapy is also used to combat chronic movement organ problems, e.g. spinal pain syndrome, Morelli et al. 2016). A group of 20 patients underwent conventional rehabilitation, with participants divided into two subgroups that used additional therapies: radio frequency or oxygen-sound treatments.

11. I'm not sure I'll be able to do that

A single session reduced the excessive tension of the lower extremity muscles and also allowed for a greater range of spinal bending in the hip joint (L. Radiofrequency muscle tension normalization can be used in neurology, Garcia-Rueda et al. 2024).

12. TECAR is contraindicated

Although the thermal effect is not intensely felt by the patient undergoing the procedure, TECAR therapy causes tissue overheating. In addition, it is prohibited in people who have undergone a transplant and have metal devices (e.g. heart breaker, endoproteins) in the body. Unfortunately, in some cases radio frequency is contraindicated.

13. TECAR benefits from regular use

Neutralizing inflammatory changes. Reducing pain. Improving the appearance of the skin. Supporting the regeneration and recovery processes. Preventing problems of urogenetic nature. improving blood and lymph flow, which fights swelling. Regulating muscle tension and improving the functioning of the motor organ.

14. Is it worth taking TECAR?

Radiofrequency has a number of benefits, ranging from combating pain and reducing inflammatory changes to improving tissue metabolism. In addition to its real benefits for the body, it can also be used for neurological disorders and diseases of the urinary system. In the absence of significant contraindications, TECAR therapy is a completely safe treatment method that is used for many problems.
