Tran what it is, how to choose a good product

How to choose a good product? There are many medicines available in pharmacies What to do when shopping? Tran can be a great dietary supplement.

Table of Contents

1. Tran is a short story

The discovery of vitamins by Kazimierz Funk in 1912 and the confirmation of a link between their deficiency and the occurrence of diseases led to studies on trane and its composition. Since its discovery the importance of vitamin D in the prevention of trane curves has been a widely recommended dietary supplement. For several decades, the smell of this product has not been among the most pleasant, but the use of modern methods of production has allowed it to be used to a significant extent due to its use as a deodorant.

2. Tran is a source of essential fatty acids and vitamins

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has authorised the use of health claims for DHA. Such claims can be found on products that provide a daily dose of DHA of at least 200 mg. The beneficial properties of omega-3 fatty acids (mainly EPA and DHA) have been confirmed in scientific studies.

3. Omega-3 acids are functional

DHA is present in neurons and retinas, among others. It is difficult to remain indifferent to such a wide spectrum of action, especially as new reports emerge about their potential properties. Bernasconi et al. in their meta-analysis showed that EPA and DHA supplementation reduces the likelihood of heart disease, including stroke. Smitha et al., supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids at high doses of up to 4 g resulted in increased insulin sensitivity, which means that anabolic acid increased the level of amino acids in the blood. The same methalic acid-acidic acid sequence can also be used to increase the function of muscle tissue tissue in adults aged up to 25 years.

4. The content of EPA and DHA in selected products

Excluding fish from the diet makes it very difficult to meet the demand for EPA and DHA. Consuming two fish per week can provide an average of 250 mg per day.

5. What do you want?

What are the guidelines when choosing a product? It is worth mentioning that medicines are reliable because they are mandatory to be checked before placing on the market and at the stage of production. This is not always the case with supplements. They are much more often sold as supplements; they also meet the standards for heavy metal content and are therefore safe to use at the dosages recommended by the manufacturer. Tran is an oil from cod liver or fish from the cod family. However, the consumer can rely only on what the producer states on the product leaflet. For these products, the substance will always comply with the declaration of acidity. There are few types of fish derived from traminol available in the market for medicines.

6. The source of the oil

The list of seafood oils does not provide complete information, so it is best to avoid products described in such a vague manner. As mentioned earlier, shark liver oil is not a trane, but its composition is also very valuable.

7. It's the composition

The fewer excipients, sugar, and flavors, the better, although flavoring may be helpful if, for example, a child does not tolerate the taste of a natural product.

8. Content of omega-3 fatty acids

In order to obtain beneficial effects (regulation of blood pressure and blood triglyceride levels), 24 g of omega-3 fatty acids should be consumed daily (according to EFSA). The higher the EPA and DHA content in a single dose, the better.

9. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union

The daily intake of vitamin D in a straw is usually around 1525 μg (6001000 IU) per day. Caution should be exercised when supplementing with vitamin A. Hypervitaminosis may result in daily intakes of this compound with supplements of 2 mg/kg body weight. According to the nutritional guidelines for the Polish population in most populations, the daily diet satisfies the need for this vitamin, although in adults it is 700 μg for women and 900 μg per day for men.

10. Tran contraindications for use

Because of the teratogenic effects of vitamin A excess, it should be assessed beforehand whether its content in the diet and in other supplements taken does not exceed a safe dose. It has been shown to have health benefits. People taking medicines that are a synthetic vitamin A derivative (e.g. isotretinoin used in the treatment of acne) should discuss with their doctor the use of supplements containing this compound, including trane, as this combination can lead to hypervitaminosis.
