Training of pregnant women practical tips

Pregnancy is a time when a woman especially wants to take care of her and her baby's health. If so, how do you do it safely? It doesn't necessarily have to be about doing demanding exercises, even regular walks can have a positive effect on health. Many expectant mothers wonder if you can exercise during pregnancy. Regular physical activity is very important for maintaining health and fitness for many years to come.

1. Why pregnancy activity is important

Physical activity during pregnancy may also have a positive effect on the child: physical activity during childbirth promotes blood circulation through the placenta and the uterus, which positively affects fetal development and the course of pregnancy; newborns born to pregnant women who are active in pregnancy are more likely to have higher rates of disease activity and lower rates of death. Physically active during pregnancy can also have positive effects on the baby's blood flow through the fetus and the womb, which has a positive impact on fetal growth and gestational course. ‡ Newborns who are born to active pregnant women have a higher rate of activity than those born to disease and lower rate of death during pregnancy.

2. What physical activity to choose during pregnancy Practical guidelines

Women who did not engage in regular physical activity before pregnancy, however, should initially relax their entire body with a low intensity of exercises. There are no restrictions on the positions taken during exercise during the initial period of pregnancy. From 5 months onwards, the position of lying down should be excluded. Back exercise is a great way to work on their spine, whereas lying down and semi-exercising horses are recommended to relax their whole body and check their weight while exercising.

3. Abstinence from regular physical activity during pregnancy

Regular physical activity during pregnancy should be avoided by women: who are in a complicated pregnancy, with a leading ligament, with cervical insufficiency, with hypertension, in a polycystic pregnancy, who have diabetes and heart and lung disease,?? who have bleeding/swelling conditions, whose physician has not agreed to regular physical activity.
