However, not everyone realizes that besides its excellent taste, it also has many health benefits and provides a range of substances that are beneficial for the body. It is used in the production of desserts, cakes, jams, juices and pastries, as well as in additives such as pancakes and placas. There are many species in the world that differ in color from each other: from the best known red, yellow and orange to black.

However, the content of vitamin C varies and depends on the variety; the interesting fact is that it is more abundant in the leaves than in fruits. Due to its high water content, it is low in calories (100 g provides only 43 kcal). It contains mineral ingredients such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc. It contains high amounts of simple sugars, organic acids, pectins and fiber. It has a low glycemic index (25), which means it is worth adding to the diet of people with diabetes or insulin resistance.

Plant polyphenols have also been shown to counteract the formation of stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers. They should also be included in the diet that supports the treatment of anemia, as they are the source of copper and vitamin C. However, their positive effects also have a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract. They have also shown positive effects against the production of antibacterial agents, thus the presence of acidic acid, diuretics, and antibodies.

3. Top five recipes for using raspberries

Ingredients: 2 glasses of mineral water, 2 handfuls of raspberries, lemon juice, sugar or xylitol to taste. Mix and serve with ice and lemon paste, you can also decorate the lemonade with mint leaves.

4. A salad with raspberries and figs

Ingredients: a handful of raspberries, 4 fresh figs, ?? 4 patches of dried Italian ham, 100 g of mould cheese, ‡ a bunch of nuts, ¥ 100 g salad, roll or spinach. How to make salad. Wash it, put it in a bowl. Sprinkle it with sliced nuts. Pour the salad directly before serving.

5. Polish Malino Pudding

Ingredients: 2 glasses of plant-based drink or milk, two glassions of raspberries, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of sugar or xylitol, a few leaves of mint. Mix them thoroughly with chia seed. Decorate them with fresh raisins and mint leaves before serving. Also satisfy your appetite for a sweet snack during the day.
