Many people try to limit sugar in their daily diet, and this rule is also followed during the Easter season. It is enough to replace a few ingredients with healthier substitutes. Easter cakes in the fit version will work not only during the holiday season you can also prepare them for other occasions. Traditional Christmas dishes are usually high-calorie, high in sugar and fat, which makes them heavy. However, this does not mean that you have to give up baking!

Erythritol, on the other hand, does not provide any calories because it is not metabolized by the human body so it will be excreted in the urine in unchanged form. However, it should be remembered that xylitol fat consumed in more than 40 g/m2, vegetables (e.g. Kalafiora, maize), and watermelons may have a cleansing effect, so it is also important to remember what the size of the beans will be.

Ingredients: 11⁄2 cups of orchid flour; 1⁄2 tablespoon of bitter chocolate (min. 70%); 1⁄3 cup of crude oil; ?? 3 eggs; 6 teaspoons of xylitol or erythritol, a spoon for baking; ¢ 100 g of frozen powder from the top of the pot. Chocolate cut and dissolve in a pot of oil.
